As you know ,every year 10 lakh students apply for this exam and only 10000 qualify prelims. That means Nine Lakh Ninety Thousand people fail in the first stage itself. And only 2000+ students qualify for interview. So Nine Lakh Ninety Eight thousand out of Ten lakh students fail to clear the first 2 stages of this exam.

During the first phase ( Prelims), there is a lot of confusion regarding how to approach the study material and test series.
My mentors made it clear that choosing a few books ,studying those repeatedly and faithfully attempting one or two test series is one of the best approaches towards this stage.Given this, I attempted only the test series .For each answer, clear feedback was given.This helped me improve my answers-both in structure and content.
For the interview , I attended only a few mocks.We had routine discussions and one- to - one sessions with civils cafe. This was really confidence- boosting for me.Even apart from this, I was able to approach them with all my doubts and fears regarding this examination.The online mock was also an enriching experience, with good insights and motivating feedbacks.Their encouragement and support helped to keep me motivated throughout the exam cycle.
