During the first phase ( Prelims), there is a lot of confusion regarding how to approach the study material and test series.My mentors made it clear that choosing a few books ,studying those repeatedly and faithfully attempting one or two test series is one of the best approaches towards this stage.
In the mains exam, I attempted only the test series conducted by institute .For each answer, clear feedback was given.This helped me improve my answers-both in structure and content.I scored 156 in Essay only due to My mentor's help. For the interview , I attended only a few mocks.We had routine discussions and one- to - one sessions at civils cafe. The best thing about this institute is it's flexibility. The fact that many big institutes function like burgeoning bureaucracies prevents them from bringing out the best in each aspirant.
